Job Overview: As a Helper, you will be assisting with spotting for heavy equipment and support construction activities alongside equipment operators and electricians.
Job Functions:
- Assist in spotting and guiding major equipment operators.
- Support equipment operators and electricians with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of previous experience in construction or a related field.
- Must know spotter hand signals.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
