We are seeking experienced Mechanica l Pipefitters for a project in Elkton, FL. Pay ranges from $28-$32 depending on experience. Please contact Bob Major at 954-275-0741 for more information.
Qualifications :
Pay rate is determined on current level of knowledge and experience
Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Able to create a safe working environment, and understands OSHA regulations
Ability to take off and communicate tool and material requirements to the supervisor
Must have experience installing mechanical equipment including pumps, diffusers, and belt filter presses
Ability to set up and perform piping tests
Must have experience in the installation of above ground piping, flange by flange pipe
Ability to install flanged valves
Must have experience in mechanical alignments
Must have reliable transportation to jobsite
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work well with others
Ability to identify potential issues during installation and elevate them to Foreman / Gen Foreman
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
