Here's how a(n) Project Controller for our Denver office contributes to our team :
Responsibilities
- Leads and participates in a multi-disciplinary project controls team (planning, document control, cost control, process development, district standardization).
- Manages project documents systematically, ensuring field personnel have access to the latest drawings and specifications.
- Efficiently utilizes project controls software, assists in setup, and updates parameters as required.
- Completes regular reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting of software issues.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes ideas.
- Supports the setup of key project logs (submittals, inspection plans, procurement).
- Collaborates with project teams, proactively identifying and resolving issues, implementing recovery plans.
- Analyzes and communicates trending schedule, progress, and cost data to personnel.
- Participates in scope and change management, ensuring accurate estimates and impact analyses.
- Creates weekly / monthly progress reports, interprets labor cost and productivity reports.
- Adheres to project control processes, maintains alignment, and manages resource-loaded schedules.
- Builds effective relationships with key stakeholders, resolves conflicts, and presents at client meetings.

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $98,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time. We encourage your prompt application.
