We are seeking an Entry to Intermediate Timekeeper for our PCL Industrial Construction Co. project at CP CHEM in Orange, Texas. The Timekeeper position is accountable and responsible for performing all activities necessary to process data for payroll and billing, including time validation and entry, reconciling payroll to billing reports, and processing billing through client systems. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concern. Verify attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments, post information onto designated records. Handles and fields incoming telephone calls as necessary. Performs timekeeping duties for assigned field personnel. Responsible for compiling, validating, and entering labor, per diem and equipment into systems for payroll and billing. Reconciles payroll, billing, and client system data to ensure accuracy and expedite payment. Aid employees, be the point of contact between employees and other departments All other duties as requested. What you will bring to the role: High school diploma or equivalent required Various Database systems knowledge Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Access, Excel). Proficient in EXCEL Strong in check and balance various accounts Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
