YOUR MISSION:

All sales are done over the phone. We do ZERO COLD CALLING and have over 2500 new leads per week, distributed to over 35 sales pros, that means the moment you are trained and sitting in your seat you’ll be on the phones with business owners calling in about our services and helping them get the right service for their business!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required.
• Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone.
• No fear of technology – comfortable with software.
• Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out.
• Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers.
• Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed.
• You want to earn a LOT of money!

WORK HOURS:

• Full-time in-office position
• Monday – Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch

COMPENSATION:

• Paid training
• We offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan after 120 days
• Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000 – $200,000 per year
• You will be paid $25 per hour.
• Additionally, at 90 days you are eligible for up-to a $6,000 salary increase, at 6 months you are eligible for another $6,000 salary increase and at 9 months an additional $6,000 increase. Bringing your base to a potential of $70k at the 9 month mark. These increases are contingent on your overall performance and meeting certain metrics given to you ahead of time.
