- Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories..
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted NP license in PA
- Ability to obtain DEA licensure in PA
