**Starting wage of $14.00/hr**
**Opportunity to earn $1/hr Shift Differential Pay for hours worked 3pm-7am**

Basic job duties include answering calls promptly in a polite manner, closely following instructions, verifying all given information, and taking accurate messages using correct spelling and grammar. Ideal candidates must possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, clear and polite speaking voice, and also be computer literate, reliable, and customer focused.
PCMSI partners with Medical Offices, Property Management Companies, Service Companies, Attorneys, Non-Profit Organizations, and many other Professional Services to offer Excellent Customer Service.
**PCMSI is not a telemarketing company. Position is comparable to a receptionist's duties. There is no telemarketing, up-selling, or commission based sales of any kind accompanied with this position

First Shift: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm
Mid-Shift: 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm
Second Shift: 3pm-11pm
Third Shift: 11pm-7am
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer incoming calls and assist callers with inquiries or directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in all interactions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with virtual front desk duties as needed, including greeting callers and managing online appointments.
- Utilize administrative experience to support office operations effectively.
- Demonstrate strong typing skills to input information quickly and accurately.
