PCMSI HIRING FULL and PART TIME ALL SHIFTS, Erie PA
**Starting wage of $14.00/hr**
**Opportunity to earn $1/hr Shift Differential Pay for hours worked 3pm-7am**

**PCMSI is not a telemarketing company. Position is comparable to a receptionist's duties. There is no telemarketing, up-selling, or commission based sales of any kind accompanied with this position

1st Shift: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm
Mid Shift: 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm
2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm
3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computer skills to manage customer information and take accurate messages.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and colleagues.
