As an Inside Sales Representative at PCNA, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients.
Fundamental Duties:- Client Acquisition: Identify and target enterprise-level clients with strategic growth potential.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding client needs, pain points, and fit for our solutions.
- Presentation: Create compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Client Relationship: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and revenue generation.
- Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- At least 2 years of prior sales experience, B2B preferred.
- Prior promotional experience is a plus
