We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer – Hialeah, FL!
What will you do in this role?
- Improves manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement and efficiency by evaluating equipment/system/process needs and options
- Improves manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement and efficiency by evaluating equipment/system/process needs and options.
- Investigates and recommends solutions for production and product related quality, manufacturing or process issues
- Designs and fabricates all production tooling.
- Conceptualizes new machinery, equipment, fixtures and tooling to make the manufacturing process more effective and works with vendors to develop new or unique equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What does it take to be successful in this role?
- BS in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or like Discipline required.
- At least 3-5 years of manufacturing experience required.
- Experience in machine and process automation design required.
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English).
- Oral, Written, and Technical Communication Skills
- Project Management skills
- Experience with Computer Aided Controls, Computer Aided Design, Computer Aided Engineering, Computer Aided Manufacturing, Computer Aided Process Planning
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office Programs skills
- Organizational skills and high level of problem-solving skills
- Application of theoretical concepts to practical problems skills
