Overview :
The MES Deployment Specialist will be instrumental in the rollout and setup of our MES solutions at prominent EV Battery Manufacturing clients in Japan and the US. This role requires professionals with a strong technical background in MES technologies and deployment, who can communicate fluently in Japanese and are willing to travel to Japan for extended business trips.

Responsibilities :
- Deploy and configure MES software according to project requirements and client specifications.
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless integration with existing client systems.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the MES software meets all operational and performance requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and post-deployment.
- Prepare and maintain documentation on deployment procedures and configurations.
- Train client staff on system operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance post-deployment to ensure continuous efficiency and reliability.
