Production Team Member - Part-Time Status
PIONEER DIRECT MARKETING located in the Commerce Crossing Industrial Park near Preston Highway and the Gene Snyder Freeway is hiring part-time and seasonal team members for their production Print & Mail Operations.

Production Team Member day-to-day:
- The scope of the role of production team member is to ensure daily equipment operation with a focus on producing high quality, on-time and cost-efficient products
- Each operator will participate in activities to promote continuous improvement across all departments
- Participate in continuous improvement teams across the operation to improve key performance indicators
- Monitor and operate equipment, clean production area, and maintain production standards
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Production team member requirements:
- Physical Ability requirements may include frequent standing up to 8 hours per day, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 35 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perceive quality of work, read material and review documents; receive and follow instructions
- 1-3 year’s production experience, manufacturing experience or equivalent type work a plus.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be a team player
- Must comply with safety requirements.
Production Team Member position rate of pay starts at $15.00 per hour. Overtime available during peak season.
