Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care, focusing on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric health and chronic care, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide routine and emergency care to patients of all ages, including performing venipuncture and other medical procedures.
- Participate in triage to prioritize patient care and ensure timely interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines, and incorporate these into patient care plans.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Experience:
- Current RN license with advanced practice certification in Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working in a clinic setting with a focus on primary care and preventive medicine.
- Strong background in family healthcare and chronic care management
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
- Experience with venipuncture and other medical procedures.
- Familiarity with triage and emergency care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care.
