About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and managing campaign execution across digital and traditional channels. This role blends brand building with performance marketing—perfect for someone who can think big while executing with precision. You’ll own strategy and implementation for paid media, content, influencer collaborations, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that support growth goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content for social, email, web, and ads.
- Oversee influencer and brand partnership initiatives to expand reach and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior, delivering insights to inform future strategy.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Stay on top of trends in digital marketing, consumer habits, and emerging platforms.
What You Bring
- 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in DTC, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, testing strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- A balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
