Recruiter
National Healthcare organization is seeking a contract recruiter to cover the Northern California area to assist in filling positions in all their retail and professional locations in the area. This position is a fast paced, high volume recruiting position and needs someone with high energy and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment filling a varied level of positions.
This is a long term contract role with the opportunity to turn into a permanent position. Hourly payrate is between $27-30 / hr. This position is based in Charlotte NC and the person must be able to work West coast hours 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Hybrid or remote schedule maybe possible
Requirements
3- 5 Recruiting and staffing experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong software and the ability to adapt to new VMS systems
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
Stable work history
Healthcare or medical recruiting experience a plus
