What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Coordinator position at PCS Pump and Process?
Seeking a Project Coordinator to help:
- Track employee resources aross multiple projects/purchases
- Prepare monthly billings for all projects (25 at any given time)
- Reach out regularly to customers to check status of payments (NOT collections - just updating status. Problems are handled by management)
- Develop payment schedule of values for new projects and help prepare necessary documents to get projects started
- Additonal task as as time and ability allow
1-3 years experience desirable. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are needed to accomplish this work. Main software to be used - Excel, Word, Quickbooks Enterprise.
This position can suport considerable career growth.
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
