Job Summary
Established and growing organization in the financial services industry is looking to add an End User Support Intern to their team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
An individual capable of working independently and able to manage the issues of a growing user base. The individual will be responsible for supporting all members of the organization whether they are in office or remote. The internship will begin early May and go through the end of August.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily support of Windows end-user computing environment, including deploying / refreshing PCs and related peripheral components and supporting all approved application software
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
- Research and resolve incidents and problems or escalating them, as necessary.
- Perform remote troubleshooting utilizing tools, knowledgebase, and experience, then guiding the client through the process of resolving their incident or problem
- Identify trends as part of problem management and continuous process improvement and recommend the necessary preventative measures and/or changes to procedures.
- Maintain patching, endpoint protection and other related infrastructure functions.

Remote Work Information

Compensation Information
The average salary for this position is expected to be $20/hr however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
