The Manager of Sales Operations will lead our sales team in optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
For all virtual remote positions, in order to ensure employees can effectively perform their job duties with no distractions, we require an uninterrupted virtual work space and there is also an expectation of family care being in place during business hours. Compensation Information
The average salary for this position is expected to be between $108,000 and $140,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis. Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Assist Head of Sales with annual incentive design process and partners closely with Finance on quarterly commission process
- Establish a formal campaign strategy for the sales team, using CRM for deployment, engagement and success metrics
- Represent ERISA sales to orchestrate RFP responses across internal subject matter experts, ensuring a timely response that best positions PCS for advancement
- Identify onboarding efficiencies, leads process improvement initiatives and introduces automation opportunities as a process owner
- Oversee the sales operations and internal sales teams and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set targets and develop forecasting models.
- Manage the sales technology stack, ensuring tools are effectively utilized and integrated.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on processes, tools, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales operations function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Prior management experience required
- 5 yrs retirement plan industry experience preferred
- Proficient in full Microsoft Office product suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
