Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler/General Laborer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications and blueprints.
• Crate building, carpentry and working with sheet metal
• Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products within the warehouse.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process, providing solutions as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Crate builder, wood worker or sheet metal experience preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided for qualified candidates.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
