About the Role:
As a Mobile Accessories and Consumer Electronics Account Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of accounts, proactively driving growth and uncovering new opportunities within the mobile accessories and consumer electronics market. You will serve as a strategic partner to your customers, anticipating their needs, delivering tailored product solutions, and ensuring they have seamless access to the latest offerings. Through proactive outreach, consistent follow-ups, and exceptional service, you’ll strengthen relationships, maximize account potential, and ensure every client receives outstanding value and support.

 

What you will be doing

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and new customers in the mobile accessories and consumer electronics space.   This will be achieved through regular outreach, including frequent phone calls to understand evolving needs, share new product offerings, and provide solutions — as well as in-person visits when needed to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities by leveraging industry insights and market data to penetrate untapped segments, including wholesalers, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to deliver the best products for clients based on their needs and the latest market trends.
  • You’ll also stay ahead of industry trends, new product launches, and global market pricing to provide informed recommendations and strategic guidance that help customers make the best purchasing decisions.
  • Keep track of your sales performance and customer satisfaction, always looking for ways to improve and grow
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to align strategies and enhance go-to-market efforts within the secondary electronics ecosystem.
  • Check in with customers regularly to make sure they’re satisfied and to spot any new opportunities for business.
  • Negotiate pricing to make sure everyone is happy with the deal.
  • Actively look for new business leads and opportunities within your portfolio and beyond.

 

Who You Are

· Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: You manage multiple accounts efficiently, ensuring that all client interactions are strategic and data-driven.

· At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or a similar field.
