Position Description:
PCX is seeking a Compliance Manager to provide company-wide leadership in Safety, Insurance, DOT, OSHA, and other regulatory compliances. This position requires a good working knowledge of construction business practices, the ability to use a computer and the applicable software, and an understanding of analyzing and processing key safety metrics. The ability to work well with office and field personnel is expected, and communication with vendors, subcontractors, and customers professionally and courteously is essential.

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and standards
- Conducting audits and reviews of existing health and safety policies
- Advising employees on safety procedures
- Conducting training sessions
- Addressing and investigating incidents and injuries
- Developing and implementing health and safety plans
- Enforcing company policies
- Evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines
- Staying up-to-date on relevant health and safety developments
- Job site visits and spot audits
- DOT compliance
- Work with insurance company to settle claims
- Other duties as assigned

- Compliance Expertise and Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of OSHA guidelines, familiarity with construction industry regulations, compliance requirements, and government policies.

Qualifications
- Preferred bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, or a related field
- Knowledge of workers' compensation and relevant laws
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
- Proficient in time management and computer skills
- Familiarity with first aid, CPR, and root cause analysis techniques

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
