Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for projects
- Review project details and apply appropriate pricing
- Manage change orders and related adjustments
- Organize and maintain billing documentation
- Produce and maintain Excel spreadsheets to reconcile billing and payment discrepancies
- Ensure unbilled revenue is reported correctly with required field documentation and support
- Input data into the accounting system
- Provide additional administrative and/or accounting support to Project Manager and Controller
- Handle communications with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Obtain required permits for projects
- Ensure smooth office operations
Skills
- Competency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized
- Proactive, Self-starter
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
