Scheduler Maintenance Specialist / Facility Manager
Locations : Fort Hunter Liggett, CA
Base Pay : $21.49
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks :
PD Systems is seeking a Scheduler Maintenance Specialist / Facility Manager to support exercise training at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA.
Minimum Requirements :
- Physical ability to walk, inspect, and / or monitor rooms and barrack facilities and associated facilities.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and / or annual inspections of base operation and living facilities. Inspection areas include, but are not necessarily limited to : lighting, plumbing, basic electrical, furniture condition, flooring issues, safety hazards, quality of life issues, and a basic HVAC knowledge.
- Communicate findings from inspection items to leadership chain in both written and oral fashion.
- Participate in the stocking of supplies and the inspection and light housekeeping of common areas.
- Have at least a moderate level of computer literacy.
- Provide support with furniture inspections which includes the physical ability to lift, move, push, pull at least 50 pounds, physical ability walk up to approximately ½ mile, squat, bend, stand, and sit.
