Work Arrangement : This is a remote position that supports our office located at Chicago, IL. Computer equipment will be provided by the company upon hire.
Professional Responsibilities :
- Performs activities to generate new business through community involvement, association events, networking opportunities, making phone calls, holding face-to-face meetings, and conducting presentations.
- Develops a pipeline of potential clients by growing professional relationships and nurturing a solid referral base.
- Manages the sales cycle from start to finish through active listening, negotiation, and closing new business.
- Fosters a collaborative working dynamic with team members for effective communication and support throughout the sales process.
- Conducts a policy review and engages with probing questions to develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ needs and recommend coverages.
- Builds and maintains relationships with all agency personnel through positive interactions, effective communication, and ensures follow through of set expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Pay Range : $50,000 - $75,000 base commission.
