Professional Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, insurance carriers, and TPA's to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor client accounts, providing regular updates on progress and performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to offer clients innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to obtain Life & Health insurance license preferred.
- Proven experience in client relations or account management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
