Position Overview: Sheridan Benefits seeks a Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located at 6700 Main Street, Williamsville, NY.

Professional Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, insurance carriers, and TPA's to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor client accounts, providing regular updates on progress and performance.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to meet client needs.
• Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any emerging issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to offer clients innovative solutions.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain Life & Health insurance license preferred.
• Proven experience in client relations or account management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Pay Range: $23 - $26 per hour depending on experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
