This is a newly created position due to our business growth. The Marketing Coordinator will be pivotal in executing our marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth for agencies in the Northeastern U.S. locations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, exceptional communication and creative skills, and a knack for detailed organization.Work location : This position is a full time, fully remote position. Our preference is for qualified candidates who reside in the U.S. Eastern and Central time zones.Professional Responsibilities : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaignsCoordinate marketing activities and events, ensuring timely execution and alignment with our brand's objectivesManage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand's voice and reaches target audiences effectivelyConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insightsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce marketing materials and promotional content that align with the company’s brandOversee the company's website and digital marketing efforts - including SEO, internal and external email campaigns, and internal communications platformsAnalyze campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics to inform future marketing decisionsSupport others on the marketing team ensuring smooth operation, coordination, and company alignmentQualifications and Requirements : Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Communications, or a Business-related field5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the insurance or professional services industryStrong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and techniquesProficient in social media management, content creation, and digital analytics toolsProficient with the use of Microsoft Office toolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiencesHighly organized, self-starter mentality, with a keen attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within budgetCreative thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solvingTeam player who can work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel to agency locations and corporate office as needed (minimal)Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the futureWhy Patriot Growth Insurance Services : We offer the opportunity to be a part of one of the fastest-growing insurance companies since its inception.
