We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quality Training Specialist to join our team in the FDA-regulated industry. If you are passionate about quality management and regulatory compliance, this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business leaders to align training objectives with business goals and FDA standards.
Design and develop training materials and curriculum frameworks.
Create content for training modules including presentations, e-learning modules, workshops, and SOPs.
Document all training programs accurately in accordance with FDA requirements.
Lead periodic reviews of training programs and implement updates based on feedback.
Provide regular reports on training program performance.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in training development, preferably within an FDA-regulated industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
