We're Hiring: LIMS Support Lead
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contract (C2C/W2)
Join our team as a LIMS Support Lead, and lead the administration and user support activities at L1/L2 and L3 levels!
Key Responsibilities:

Lead administration and support for LabWare LIMS
-
Handle requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, testing, and application support
-
Problem-solving and customer communication
-
Adapt quickly to new technologies and find solutions to customer issues
-
Customize and configure LabWare LIMS
-
Database design and object-oriented design (OOD)
-
Instrument and system integration, API development/integration
-
Develop using VB .Net, C# .Net, SQL Server or Oracle server, and Azure
-
Knowledgeable in Web Services (REST/SOAP)
-
Work with customer proprietary tools and frameworks
-
Excellent communication and client management skills
-
Agile/Scrum methodology practitioner
Requirements:

4-8 years of experience in IT, specifically in LabWare LIMS

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to adapt and experiment with new technologies

Development and configuration skills in LabWare LIMS

Proficiency in VB .Net, C# .Net, SQL Server, Oracle server, and Azure

Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP)

Flexibility with customer tools and technologies

Agile/Scrum experience

LIMS admin 1 certification preferred
