Job Description:
- Facilitate Agile practices and coach teams in SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory standards (FDA/ISO 13485/IEC 62304).
- Drive Program Increment planning, Agile metrics tracking, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Software Development.
- Expertise in Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) and medical device development processes.
- 8 years of experience in SAFe/Agile/Scrum environments.
