Job Title: Planisware Technical Support Consultant
Location: Remote-Hybrid, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Contract (W2/C2C)
Interview Process: Phone/Video
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and deploy Planisware solutions.
Provide Hypercare support post-deployments.
Configure, test, and support Planisware applications.
Understand client business needs and processes.
Conduct workflow analysis and recommend improvements.
Provide training and create user documentation.
Troubleshoot issues and support user requests.
Skills Required:
BA or BS degree with 4-8 years of Planisware experience.
Programming experience (object-oriented preferred).
Knowledge of database management and Linux.
Experience with Planisware software implementation.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with ITIL, Incident/Service request management, SNOW.
Willingness to travel (US & International).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
