Dispatch Lead

PDI Health (Preventative Diagnostics) is a fast-growing portable company expanding throughout the USA, with offices currently in NY, NJ, DE, MD, PA, RI, CT VA, FL, MN, OH, with more to come! Here we provide mobile services on-site to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and patient's homes with the goal of easing their current immobility. 

Growing at a rapid pace, PDI Health (PD) is now looking for a Full-Time Dispatch Lead to join our HQ office in Brooklyn, NY. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing issues, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, well-spoken and detail oriented.  

Hours: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift, In Office 

Location: 12 Spencer Street, Brooklyn NY 11205 

Pay: $54,080 - $62, 400 Salary

Responsibilities: 

• Provide customer care and support to our long-term care facilities and home bound patients 

• Process work orders, messages, and information to or from technicians on the field 

• Assist and Monitor personnel and/or locations on a constant basis. 

• Coordinate service and schedules. 

Requirements: 

• Strong data entry / communication / phone handling skills (MUST) 

• Mid and/or expert level knowledge of medical terms (mobile radiology) (STRONGLY PREFERRED) 

• Dispatch Experience (MUST) 

• Supervisory / Lead experience (MUST) 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure 

• Honest, flexible, team player and hard working 

• Strong problem-solving abilities 

• Bilingual Spanish or Russian a plus!
