Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (ERP/NetSuite) to join our team. The role will involve managing our company's NetSuite system, maintaining the system's health, and providing training and support for users.  The individual will also leverage their previous NetSuite experience, and feedback from the user community to develop a prioritized enhancement roadmap. This role will support our existing NetSuite environment, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and scalability as our company continues to grow.

• Determine the NetSuite roadmap and lead business system process redesign, process mapping, gap analysis, data migration/entry, and general user training
• Meet with business leaders, decision makers and end users to define business requirements and systems goals
• Identify inefficiencies and bugs in processes and architect changes to improve performance and accuracy
• Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies
• Document system requirements, define scope and objectives, create system specifications, and drive the system development and implementation
• Implement new features and integrations driven by business needs & requirements
• Provide support and training for users; ongoing support as needed and proactive training for enhancements/changes
• Manage and maintain NetSuite system
• Configure and customize system workflows and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of hands-on system admin experience developing the system architecture and driving the optimization of NetSuite
• 2 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong knowledge of key financial processes such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Revenue Management, Cash Management, Payroll operations, Costing / Cost Management, Budgeting & Planning, Month end close process optimization
• ERP expertise, strategic thinking, and business acumen to define future system functionality
• Ability to break down problems into immediate, short term, and long-term deliverables with precise reasoning and communication
• Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience providing training and support for users
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Knowledge of Celigo, FloQast, Concur, Adaptive and Salesforce preferred
• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
