Role Overview
We are on the search for a Consultant Dispatcher to manage customer service, reporting requests, and consulting tasks. Key responsibilities include assisting with report updates, troubleshooting, documenting requirements, coordinating developer tasks, and ensuring case completion. Proficiency in SQL, reporting functionality, automation, and custom data imports is essential.
- Manage reporting services cases and allocate development resources effectively
- Schedule and assign tasks to prioritize high-priority work and streamline workflow
- Assign client service requests to consultants based on availability, skills, and project requirements for optimal resource utilization
- Support risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation strategies for cases, including dependencies and constraints
- Assist in creating workstream and case plans to organize activities needed to achieve case objectives
- Track reporting services cases, including timelines, assigned developers, and billable hours, ensuring transparency and efficiency
- Produce accurate reports by collecting and formatting data from standard sources
- Maintain client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing concerns and changes promptly
- Draft and maintain technical and user documentation in compliance with standards
- Prepare detailed report design documents based on customer requirements for developer use
- Collaborate with the team, communicate tasks clearly, coordinate efforts, and monitor progress for efficient resource allocation
- Review existing operations and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Enhance process and technical skills through training, coaching, and development activities
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer service requests with efficiency and professionalism
- Proven experience in updating, managing, and troubleshooting reporting functionalities
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Familiarity with automation tools and processes to streamline workflows
- Experience with custom data imports and seamless data integration
- Strong skills in documenting project requirements and translating customer needs into developer tasks
- Effective in organizing developer assignments and ensuring timely case completion
- Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving issues related to reporting and data management
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with PDI consulting methodology, product lifecycle, and best practices
