Precast Data Administrator
Reports to: Director of Precast
Position Summary: Reports Plant Data and assist operations with various tasks and projects.

- Support plant management team with various tasks
- Be respectful of PDM teammates and support teamwork amongst coworkers.
Administrative Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supporting precast/field timesheets for data entry/labor tracking/reporting/training programs.
- Receiving material purchase orders into accounting system.
- Liaison between plant and HR related to onboarding/recruiting/employee management.
- Supporting safety team with incident tracking and safety training documentation.
- Providing plant leadership with daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
- Ensure information is communicated to corporate office for processing.
- Administer general phone calls, emails, and mail.
- General office management tasks (filing, ordering, appointments, guest support, on-site organization of office/employee areas, on-site services contact).
- Ability to support/communicate effectively plant activities, events and celebrations.
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Skills: Microsoft office skills required. Quick Books experience preferred. Ability to multi-task and has strong organization skills. Interact professionally with all employees.
Education: High school diploma/GED; Additional education a plus
Experience: Minimum 3 years of previous administrators experience or similar
