REQUIREMENTS:

To excel as a Shift Lead, Copper Mill for the 2nd shift at PDM US, strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills are key. Your ability to think on your feet, make decisions under pressure, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise will set you up for success. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting is helpful, along with a solid understanding of production processes and quality control principles.

Familiarity with safety regulations and the flexibility to work 2nd shift are also essential in ensuring seamless operations and a safe working environment for our team. If you possess these skills and are ready to take on the challenge, we want to hear from you!

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
