Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell preventative maintenance, commissioning, and repair services for electrical systems. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying service needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of electrical infrastructure. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular sales calls to major accounts and establish new contacts.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions through PDM’s service offerings.
- Prepare and present accurate, technically sound proposals to clients.
- Exhibit expertise in selling maintenance, engineering, and professional services.
- Close sales by negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sell to national accounts and conduct sales at the VP level.

Additional Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass background checks for government or private secure facilities
- Physically fit enough to lift up to 50 lbs, carry equipment, kneel, climb, and walk long distances if needed
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email, Microsoft Excel & Word, Adobe Reader, Dropbox, etc.
- Familiarity with CRM tools
Regional Responsibility
Sales Representatives at PDM serve as the primary liaison between customers and PDM’s operations team. The Reno, NV Sales Representative will oversee accounts within Nevada, ensuring:
- Strong client relationships to maintain high service utilization.
- Accurate quotes and proposals for prospective customers.
- Proper CRM management to track and follow up on opportunities.
- Seamless project execution by supporting operations with relevant customer information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
