Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cleveland, OH for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient delivery of services, manage staff, and maintain client relationships. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The General Manager will also be responsible for performance management, staff development, and addressing any operational challenges.
