What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver position at PDQ Delivery LLC?
Our company is growing and we are looking to add a new driver to support our customers! We are searching for an individual who wants to drive and grow in our company by helping us deliver excellent customer service and safe transportation to our customers. The candidate would assist our customers by transporting them to and from medical-like appointments.
Our ultimate goal is to give our customers the best service while also ensuring our team members are happy and safe! PDQ Delivery is dedicated to providing safe and reliable door to door transportation services for individuals.
We are looking for hardworking, reliable, dedicated, self-motivated and professional full time, part-time, weekends only and PRN individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport customers to and from various destinations, including home, doctors' appointments, pharmacy runs and other essential services.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatcher(s).
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive your own vehicle.
- Must have car insurance.
- Experience in transportation/delivery preferred but not required.
- Must be able to become CPR certified prior to first day on the job. (If you have active CPR certification, we will accept it.)
- Must be able to obtain Driving Safety certificate prior to first day on the job. (If you have taken a recent Driver Safety course, we will accept it.)
- Driving Safety Certificate preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
