Job Overview
We have an immediate need for a seasoned Assistant General Manager to join our team at one of our locations. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of technicians and administrative staff, assigning tasks, scheduling work shifts, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Service Operations: Coordinate service calls and dispatch technicians to customer locations, ensuring timely and quality completion of service/repair jobs.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the budget for the service location, monitoring financial performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
