SHIFT HOURS: 12PM-8PM OR 2PM-10PM Monday-Friday.
PAY RATE: $18plus depending on experience
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a unique position that would be responsible for designing, file layout and separation, and building custom signs. The candidate would work in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for many different business applications. Creative work is performed within the sign production area, which is fully equipped with top-of-the-line sign-making equipment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with problem-solving skills, pay very close attention to accuracy and detail, and be able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to conceptualize and construct unique signs to build and communicate vision
- File Set-Up and Separation
- Fluent in Adobe Illustrator
- Router/CNC machine knowledge is a plus but not essential. Must be willing to learn the fabrication aspects of the job.
- Assembly and fabrication of sign builds
- Open to working midday or late evening Shift
QUALIFICATIONS
- Skilled at using digital design programs and translating verbal descriptions of layouts into digital formats.
- Experience in signage fabrication (preferred)
- Must be willing to learn to be proficient in machine operation
- Attention to detail and must be willing to learn all aspects of signage fabrication
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator/graphic design
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality
- Ability to use light power tools
