Job Description:
- This full-time role is based in Salt Lake City, UT, within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations & Strategy.

What you'll be doing:
Partnership Acquisition & Growth
- Build and manage a partner pipeline: own and nurture partner relationships to hit revenue goals
- Proactively initiate conversations with leads, understanding their needs, and communicating our value effectively
- Develop and refine outreach strategies, including cold calling and email campaigns
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements
Partner Enablement & Relationship Management
- Create relevant and impactful content to enable partners
- Drive partnership activation by collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams
- Maintain accurate partner records and pipeline tracking in the CRM
Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and report actionable insights
- Continuously refine and optimize the company’s channel strategy based on data and partner feedback
