Summary
PDR/Orchestrate LLC is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to oversee our multi-product promotional initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for aligning our marketing strategy with sales objectives across various healthcare and medical industry verticals. The Director will manage digital and print communications, oversee social media content, and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and customer engagement. The director will report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage the Corporate website and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Oversee design, production, and distribution of marketing collateral.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams.
- Supervise the graphics creator/marketing specialist and other future members of the marketing team.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prefer 3-5 years of experience in marketing, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Industry experience in healthcare, dental, or medical fields preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
