About the role:
As a Lab Technician specializing in 3D printing MAD devices, you'll play an integral role in our production process. No prior experience is required - we're seeking motivated individuals with a passion for learning and a desire to contribute to our innovative team. You'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in 3D printing technology, lab procedures, and quality assurance practices. What You Will Do:
- Learn and Grow: Receive training and mentorship in 3D printing techniques, lab protocols, and quality control procedures. Gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art equipment and software under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Production Support: Assist in the preparation, operation, and maintenance of 3D printers and associated equipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and efficient production of MAD devises. Use electric powered tools to fabricate and refine small devices.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control activities, including inspection and testing of printed parts for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specifications. Document findings and assist in troubleshooting any deviations or issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and quality assurance, to support production goals and contribute to process improvements. Communicate effectively and proactively seek guidance as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Follow established procedures for handling materials, operating equipment, and disposing of waste.
