THE ROLE
We're on the hunt for a Senior Project Architect / Senior Job Captain to join our amazing Dallas team. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are detail-oriented, and are an expert in your field, we'd love for you to take the lead in creating meticulous construction documents, mentoring, and coordinating with a fantastic group of consultants and clients. You’ll be the go-to expert, guiding the team and client, and solving project challenges to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. This role is all about taking ownership and delivering exceptional results while overseeing the construction of some truly exciting projects!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architecture from a CIDA or NCARB-accredited school.
- 8 years of relevant experience, including experience in project management and onsite meetings.
- Registered Architect or currently seeking. Technical Designers / Job Captains please apply, but the goal would be registered within a year of starting position.
- LEED or Well certifications preferred.
- Must participate in IIDA, AIA or other relevant professional organization with a desire to be active in the external design community and networking events.
- Expert in visualization, graphics, and office software.
