Job Summary
Assists clients with any issues involving their computer hardware, communications software, or Network connectivity. Their duties include responding to customers, determining the cause of computing issues, and fixing technical problems in Microsoft environment. This position will be 7am – 4pm Eastern time. Looking for individual in the central Ohio area, this is a work from home position but will occasionally be available for an in-office meeting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a PC/Microsoft Technical Support role.
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a technical support capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support practices.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
