Purpose :
Perform diversified technical and administrative tasks using independent judgment and actions. Work with workstations servers network equipment physical and virtual servers cloud technologies and services Windows domains Microsoft 365 standard and advanced services client specific technology and hardware support onsite and oncall support as required. Providing support to customers team members and the management team is key to the success of this position.
Areas of Expertise Desired :
- Network support and configuration (firewall switch router access point Internet access).
- Server virtualization (HyperV and / or VMware).
- Windows Server support configuration and administration Server 2025 and earlier.
- Microsoft 365 Cloud Services and Applications desired (SharePoint Exchange Outlook etc.).
- Microsoft 365 Identity Intune and other advanced services desired.
- Windows desktop and laptop support Windows 11 and earlier.
- Microsoft SQL experience desired.
- Microsoft Exchange experience desired.
- Mac desktop and laptop experience desired.
- Mobile device experience and mobile device management tools desired.
- Systems security and compliance knowledge and experience desired.

Salary is negotiable according to individual qualifications. This position is an exempt salary position. Current federal law requires identification and eligibility verification prior to employment. Only US citizens authorized to work in the United States may be employed. The position is based in Morristown TN and is not a remote position. You must report daily to our office for work.
