Compensation Information
$22.60-$29.40 / Hourly
The PDS Health Summer Intern Program is a 10-week, on-site, full-time, paid internship that provides undergraduate students with invaluable insight and experience into the operation of a large multi-state employer.
Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, repair and/or installation of hardware and software throughout assigned region.
- Provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution with remote desktop tools, telephone, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Under minimal supervision, install new IT infrastructure hardware and related equipment and software.
- Manage help tickets assigned to them.
- Remote Support - Providing remote assistance to users and resolving technical issues remotely using remote desktop tools and other remote support technologies.
- Asset Management - Tracking and managing IT assets, including hardware and hardware warranties.
- Adhering to the Business Policy of the SLA requirements standard.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Other duties as assigned by Management
- Current or recent enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science or related
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, with a particular strength in Microsoft Excel
