The Sr Analyst, Financial Data is responsible for developing and continuously improving a comprehensive revenue model for both dental and medical offices which provides management with a prescriptive action plan for each office. Management will use the prescriptive action plan to guide offices in achieving their revenue objectives. The action plan is based on historical analysis of successful and unsuccessful offices and more specifically from gaining a thorough understanding of the root causes of resulting revenue performance. The remedial actions prescribed to improve struggling offices will be developed by working closely with the Operations Department to identify remedial best practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-layered price/quantity or cost/quantity analysis across and within revenue lines.
• Develops actual and pro-forma P&Ls for different revenue lines.
• Extracts valuable insights about the company's revenue drivers using large data sets.
• Performs ad-hoc analysis of revenue and operations to help management make key decisions.
• Creates executive presentations on financial results.
• Performs financial analysis, variance analysis, profitability analysis, region comparable by age and other ad hoc analysis as needed by VP of Accounting/Finance, CFO and Sr. Executive team.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or MBA degree in Business and/or Finance. In lieu of degree 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
• 6 years of work experience within Corporate Finance/FP&A functions.
• Excellent knowledge and skills with Excel.
• Proven experience modeling financial concepts.
• Strong ability to write complex SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience supporting Operational functions, Sales, or Marketing.
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Fortune 1000 experience is a plus.

Compensation Information

$103,000.00-$133,000.00 / Annually
