Responsibilities
- Help oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Manage and train service staff, providing guidance on best practices in plumbing maintenance and repair.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the shop and job sites.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement effective scheduling for service appointments to optimize technician productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer interactions, and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with technicians on complex repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing service and repair process
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of technicians.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Experience with ServiceTitan
