About the Role :
We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to join a leading nuclear power generation team in Oswego, NY. This hybrid role (remote Mon & Fri, onsite Tues-Thurs) will focus on power systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to keep critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do :
- Analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical power systems, transformers, substations, and high-voltage equipment
- Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving equipment or system problems
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols in a highly regulated environment
- Optimize electrical infrastructure, improve system reliability, and recommend equipment upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support long-term engineering projects
